Chief Executive Officer

Kenneth Pang

Bringing over two decades of expertise from financial institutions such as Citibank, Tat Lee Bank, and Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). His extensive background in corporate banking and wealth management is complemented by a strong focus on serving High Net Worth (HNW) across the world.

Armed with a Master of Finance from RMIT Australia and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the National University of Singapore, Kenneth’s depth of experience and global perspective make him a valuable asset in driving innovation and growth within the fintech industry.

Non-Executive Director

Kwan Yu Wen

Yu Wen is the Executive Director of Luminor Financial Holdings Limited, the parent company of FundedHere. She provides strategic advice and ensures the Company is aligned with the objectives of the Group.

Before Yu Wen was involved with Luminor Financial Holdings Limited, she was the Non-Executive Director of GRP Limited as well as the Assistant Director of Luminor Capital Pte Ltd.

Yu Wen holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from the Singapore Management University.

Chief Operating Officer

Chang Guofeng

With a background spanning both advisory and fintech, Guofeng brings strong leadership experience in peer-to-peer lending and financial consulting. He oversaw the day-to-day operations of CapBay, a leading P2P lending platform in Malaysia, and previously advised corporates during his tenure at PwC.

Holding dual degrees in Economics and Law, he combines financial acumen with legal insight. Guofeng's solid grounding in risk management and regulatory compliance positions him well to navigate the complexities of fintech innovation and governance.
